Does anyone know where I can buy Beats, Builds, and SFX other than CheerMusicClub?
Where do most people get theirs?
Anyone willing to sell some to me?

Most people get them from Cheer Music Club. Is there a reason you're looking elsewhere? The TOOLZ are what most cheer mixes are built upon!

If you go to pond5.com they have a huge sfx library where you can buy individual clips. As far as the other stuff look into sites like bigfishaudio.com and music sites like that where you can buy song construction kits. Gearing your searches to movie sfx and regular music helped me in the search. Hopefully that helps.
