Can a level 2 pendulum fall forward onto their bellies rather than their back and Is there a certain position the 2 extra catchers must be? (i.e. Can the 2 extra catchers stand on the sides of her falling body?)

In the pyramid (around 2:10) is this what you're talking about when you say pendulum onto stomach?

Pendulums are allowed to fall forward or back. There aren't any specific positions the 2 extra catchers must be.
