My CP's very small gym does not offer any classes such as a Flyer Stretch and Flex. What fitness class do you think would help? Yoga? Pilates? Anything? Do you think a personal trainer would be able to work on this?

I'd say yoga, but because cheerleading is such a specialty, there really isn't a class for flier flexibility, specifically leg and back flex. An idea would be to ask her coach to write up a stretch plan she can do at home, or that you can help her with.

Have Daddy help.

I'm sure you could get a coach at the gym to do a private with her. Maybe do half tumbling then half stretch?

Maybe you could get one of her teammates to come in 30 minutes early with her and she could stretch her. I know my daughters High School squad does all the stretching of the girls and they have amazing flexibility. You just have to make sure the person doing the stretching won't let them "cheat" or "baby" their way out of good stretching AND that they know you don't just slam the leg down and call that stretching lol. Good luck :)

Does your gym offer jump privates? Usually there is alot of stretching tied in to jump privates.

no jump privates, actually no privates for anything. This is a tiny 3 team gym.
