Hey I need help finding a photo as I can't find an example anywhere :)

Im looking for a pretend needle photo, where one person uses their leg and another person their torso so it looks like one person with a needle. But it's fake obvs :P

I always see them on tumblr/insta but not now I'm trying to show my friend haha!
