What are your favorite skills/drills/exercises that you love to do with your 3-5 year olds that make it fun while still having them building strength and working on skills....

Pencil jumps on the trampoline. Arms up, point your toes, jump with straight straight legs! They love it and it teaches them to keep their bodies tight and their muscles engaged.

I love bear crawls and letting them try forward rolls down a cheese mat. Their favorite is either the trampoline or pit though! they like booty drop on the tramp!

I set up "obstacle courses" for them, one or two of the elements are just fun like swinging on the bars, but the rest include skills we went over in class.

to get there core stronger we sit in a circle and put our toes in the middle and do a pike stretch, then we all roll back and but our toes over our head. we race to see who can get back to there pike stretch position the fastest

give them bean bags to throw with their feet too. They love to see who can "throw" their bean bag the farthest.
