My fourteen year old niece has been clogging for years, but she has no tumbling skills. She wants to cheer, but knows she doesn't have enough skills to make her school team. She wants to do all star, so she'll be Junior 1. Are there any good programs in Raleigh with good, patient coaches who can help her out? Thanks!!!

Two that come to my mind right away are Cheer Extreme Raleigh and Elite Cheer and Dance. Good luck!

Elite Cheer and Dance, CEA, Wake Forest All Stars, Carolina Legacy, Knightdale Excel. There are a couple of more that I cant remember their names off the top of my head. One is out of Raleigh School of Gymnastics.

Elite in years past did not do level 1 teams except for a tiny exhibition or a mini. So if she went there it would be Junior 2 team (Toxic)

This one is for her niece haha

I would get her tumbling asap this summer before the season! I met some really nice people from Elite and their teams were great. Cheer Extreme- wow! My daughter would be honored! :)

My cp is 14 and has good friends at Elite Cheer and Dance, CEA, and Carolina Legacy. All are very good programs! I would look at all and see which one has a team she would be most comfortable with and closest to her level.

@cheerislove8 Thanks....I was wondering???
cheerislove8 is right...I am moving to the Charlotte area with my cp, but my sister and her potential cp live in Raleigh! I was wondering if anybody would get confused after I posted last night! Haha!:p

Yeah...I told my sister to put her in tumbling like...yesterday!!! I was looking at the Premier Athletics gym in Clayton online last night and it looks like they have a Junior level 1 limited travel team that might be right up her alley...

Premier Clayton is a very nice gym if your sister is out that way. We have also had some friends in the years past in their program and their teams have looked good this year at the competitions we have seen them at.

They live in the Garner area.

I used to live in Garner. Depending on which end of Garner she is, Premier Clayton is another excellent option.
