How do these 3 skills compare with one another:
Kick double
Whip double
Graziure

I think a good kick double is more impressive than a whip double and I'm not sure what a graziure is.

Grazier - Arabian split, then 1 1/2 twists. Invented by Nicole Grazier. Most commonly done in a basket toss, but we have had athletes who have done them in tumbling passes as well.

about 35 s in.

She was a Cheer Athletics athlete and cheered at University of Oklahoma. She is in the Cheer Athletics Hall of Fame.

I would rank them
Most difficult: grazier, then kick double and whip double are about the same.
I'm not sure how it is on the scoresheet but I've done those skills and that's how they rank to me.

Probably a little to no difference for a team, but can affect overall impression. All very impressive skills, but a grazier on the ground doesnt look as good as it does in a basket.

so they more or less all score the same?

If three teams with the EXACT same routine performed everything with the exact same execution on every skill except last pass performed each skill you listed then yes it would matter, but they would win by not very much.
