High School School/allstar Crossover Policy?

Weve actually had issues with this and are thinking of ways to handle this. We suffer at our school practices because we have two girls always at all star practice.
I was informed there is a rule in place where all-star gyms per usasf have to allow all star athletes to let school cheer take priority. Is this true ?

I don't know about the USASF rule, but my gym does let our athletes (that are allowed to be on their school teams ;)) put those teams in priority.

If it is a state rule, there is no recourse. If it is a coach rule, you may be able to appeal to the coach, athletic director, principal, superintendent, school board…

I told the coach that I was interested, and she literally shot me down.
