High School School Tryouts

I do have an "appearance" section on my tryout sheet. However, I explain to the girls and their parents that it's not "pretty" or "skinny". On the tryout score sheet it says: Appearance (High energy level, stamina, genuine expression, eye contact with audience, appears physically fit). I want someone who is in shape enough that during a dance she can keep up a smile and isn't huffing and puffing through the whole thing.
