Shoulder Stand Level

Usually I would just read the rules over and over until I figured it out but with my new job, I just don't have time.
Does anyone know if a shoulder stand is prep level? I'm trying to figure out if an unassisted shoulder stand is legal in level 2.

A shoulder stand is a prep level stunt, yes. As per Level 2 Pyramids E 3

3. Prep level top persons must have both feet in bases’ hands.

Exception: Prep level top persons do not have to have both feet in the bases’ hands if they are in a shoulder sit, flat back, straddle lift or shoulder stand.
