I'm having a little trouble cleaning up my BHS because my shoulders are tight(it makes my arms bend). What are some good stretches to improve my shoulder flexibility?

find a wall, and bed at the hips, putting your arms against the walls, palms flat. make sure your arms are completely locked, so keep stepping back until that happens. next try and push your shoulders to the floor keeping your arms completely locked, your goal is to get your shoulders below your arms! it is very helpful, i have shoulder muscle issues and my physical herapist gave me this to loosen up my shoulder muscles! Another one is, to sit on the gourd, with your knees bent, and feet flat on the floor, put your arms back with your palms flat on the floor and lean back but try to keep your feet on the floor the more you push back the more you should feel the stretch!

Do bridges and put your hands on a line. Try and push your shoulders over the line. Sit on the ground, knees bent and feet flat. Put your hands on the ground behind you, facing away from you with your palms on the floor. Slide your hands/bum out as far as you can and you will soon feel a stretch in your shoulder.
