So since it’s the beginning of the season I assume you don’t have a set routine or anything so for right now I would be either building up skills for elite passes, or if they already have those I’d work on the tech. Same goes with stunting. Look at the scoresheets and what will get your difficulty up and work on stunt sequences. Also, condition for your jumps!!!! The passes & stunts you do don’t have to be what you end up putting in your routine but can give you an idea of what you’re wanting. Once you’ve built a routine start working on sections and speeding up the routine.Getting back into coaching and wanted some ideas if how often does your team practice and what they consist of for each? On certain days do you only focus on technique and conditioning?
