They can have them made... There are a few sites to order...cheerpins.com is great

lapelpinsrus.com is also very good, typical turnaround is 2 weeks. You send them your artwork or gym logo or whatever, they send you a proof for approval and that's it. They have many options, we used the soft enamel trading pins.

I went to UCA nationals (high school and all star) this year, and couldn't help but notice how cool the pins people have been designing and trading! Varsity Pin Trading has a customized order form at http://tinyurl.com/VarsityPinTrading-customorder and it doesn't get any better than the authentic varsity pins! I wish my team had designed some for college nationals :)
