Are side flips legal in level 4? If they start to the side and end facing the same side.. kind of like an ariel but in a tucked position. I know that ariels are allowed starting in level 3, and in my mind I have always thought of them as very similar. Thanks for the help!

Are we talking about tumbling or stunts?

For tumbling you are allowed to do flips with 0 twisting rotations. That is a flip that doesn't twist.
