Hello,
Im asking a skills question in regards to AYC Cheer routines and scoresheets.
What do judges prefer to see.. twist up to half, or straight up full.
What is considered more "difficult"

As a JAM Brands Judge, I prefer to see the 1/2 twisting transition to prep level as opposed to the straight up extension. There are judges that would argue the other way, saying that the higher level makes the extension more difficult, but it is mostly the opinion of the judges I have talked with to go with the 1/2 up.
