Looking for credentialing program for my staff. I'm in New Jersey. last year we missed the Usasf coaches meeting in Philly and would like to know if anyone knows of a similar seminar (perhaps less expensive) to take my younger staff for some more education.

Almost no one reads the newbie section. Especially not coaches. You'll be better served to wait out the time to get access to the main board and join the coaches section.
