High School UCA to add intermediate division

So while I’m a bit late I wanted to get everyone's thoughts on UCA’s new intermediate division. On one had it will encourage newer teams to not chuck skills they’re not ready for and still be able to compete, but I like how with UCA you truly had to be the cream of the crop to win whatever division you were in.
