Hey all,

My sister and I are looking to startup a cheer/gymnastics gym in North Carolina. We have a meeting on Friday with an investor of sorts that would employ us to start up this new facility. Does anyone have any advice?

My wife and I have basically run a gymnastics gym our entire lives.

What is your business plan? How are the demographics? What about competition in the area? How would the contract work with this investor? How big is the building? Parking?
