how do they go about naming their teams?

Well a lot of the names have stuck around for a long time, Orange has always been Small Sr level 5, Green has always been junior 5, Gray Junior 2, Red youth 2, so on and so forth... Colors generally only change if a team has a couple rough years and the coaches are trying to shake things up a bit, or if we are having a team in a division we aren't traditionally in, like Spice last year in SO5 or Amber this year in Medium 5.... As far as actually picking the names the coaches just try to think of something we haven't had before and how interesting you could make it with the music and tshirts and that kind of thing, like lime and orange are both colors but they are also fruits so their stuff all has fruit slices and wedges on it, frost can do a lot of cold/ice/frozen stuff in their music, Gray has the word Ray in it... Stuff like that... No real system to it, people just start throwing names around at tryouts and people give their thoughts on it and eventually something sticks
