Stand in a doorway at home. Do a split against one side of it and use the other side of the doorway as a lever to push yourself into the position of a needle. It definitely helps stretch you out to prepare you for tough skills you'll have to pull in the air. It helped me and the girls in my gym!

Heal stretch- runners lunge both legs, over splts, and stand in a doorway and do your splits on the like door wall thing :)
Needle- sit in splits and leen back trying to grab your foot, and get in a doorway again and get in your right splits then walk your hands up the door into needle posotion :)

Those are the stretches i do everyday and i have a hyper extended bow and arrow, and a hyper needle :) hope this helps!

Hi, I was about to explain a bunch of stretches that I taught at a coaches clinic a few months ago but it's easier to just have you watch the video below. My flyers do a lot of these stretches and they have helped A TON to get their straight legs and bows. Also, consistent stretching is absolutely key to getting good tricks. Stretch every night and hold each one for at least 30 seconds. Good luck! :)

When you're done with this one, she has a bunch of others on YouTube. My CP has done them and says it helps a bunch.

Good luck

Edit - sorry meant that whole thing as a quote from existing post
