A great one for lower back that I love to do with my flyers....

1. Have the flyer lay on their stomach with their arms above their head.
2. Have a helper or some other person stand, straddled and above them.
3. Have the flyer grab onto THEIR OWN elbows on the floor. (still above their head)
4. Have the helper grab their elbows/arms and slowly lift their upper body back until it has a good stretch without hurting them.
5. Hold for 30 seconds. :)
