How many coaches are at your practices per team? Are there extras that go to competitions to help with overlapping times?
Do you have team moms or dads that are assigned? What do their roles include?

We have 2 coaches for our team but every coach is there every day for their teams or tumbling classes.. If coaches have conflicts the owner will be with us and at least 1 of out coaches and we have team mom and dads for each team to make sure everyone is there and that everyone has everything they need etc. etc.

We have a head coach and an assistant coach for each team. The younger teams even get a CIT (coach in training). In the event that either coach can't make a practice, our owner will do it or we'll reschedule. At comps, both coaches and both owners are in warmups and in front of the competition floor from the very first team to the very last. If there was an issue with overlapping times, we usually just pull another coach.

For small teams. One head coach, one reg coach. Large teams have head coach and 2-3 additional coaches. Each team has 1-2 team parents. They organize spirit gifts, ordering stuff like parent t-shirts, large food buys, coaches gifts, sometimes out of town lodging, etc.
ALL the coaching staff goes to competitions, even the tumbling coaches.

We have at least 2 coaches in attendance per team practice and all coaches are there all day at competitions. Team moms take roll at practices and call parents if we have anyone missing. At comps, TM's check the kids in and stay with them the entire time until they are checked back out to parents. Team moms are the main communicators to the parents for team/gym happenings.

we have 4 coaches and there are at least 2 at every practice and they are all there for comp, and then when we tumble during practice our tumble coaches come to help
