So what needs to happen is NCA breaks off from USASF creates their own event and at NCA nationals if you want to attend you have to come win a bid. It's the only even giving them out. 30 pd. 50 at large the end.

I will join anything that Jamie Parrish, Elaine Pascale or the Rosarios decides to come up with. SO, when is the new "Federation" being formed?

Elaine Pascale is on the USASF Board of Directors now...she must agree with most of the new rules.

I don't believe it was any USASF board that "voted" on these rules. If Les wasn't even a part of it and he is THE rules guru, I HIGHLY doubt any gym owners or other board members were involved. My information is that this was "voted" on by EPs. I doubt Elaine Pascale agrees with all of this. I could be wrong, but that is just my thought on it at this point.

maybe thats part of the problem...the email I received what titled " A message from the board of directors" (Les Stella is not on the board of Directors) who exactly thought these changes were a good idea? I can't believe that Jim Chadwick could act alone with selected EP's....and send a announcement on behalf of the Board.

BlueCat and the posts I've seen from WC made it sound like the board was involved, he said he couldn't comment on what went on in the board meeting.

The board includes 12 members, 9 which are EP's and 3 from programs, as mentioned above. The gyms are outnumbered!!!!!!!!!!!

That's a big part of the problem, why would you have the EP's out number the gyms??

Another problem I have from reading the email is how we can say it is a sport when it suits our plans, and how it is not a sport when it suits our plans. Make up your mind.
