there was a team at nca a few years back that we talked about on the boards, because it was a youth or mini team? Anyway one of the bases did a backbend and the flyer stunted on their stomachs haha. It was a really creative routine

I always wondered why this rule was now included in the safety rules. I didn't know people would actually do it.

i thought that was why the rule was made, level one teams.
I have seen quite a few since then do this at competition. Im sure it would be painful haha.
