Does anyone/ any of your CP's use Tiger Paws? I have wrist tendonitis, and some sort of hard lump (not a cyst) in my left wrist and I was thinking of using them due to the fact that I can't even do a roundoff without falling in pain.

Has anyone used them before? What position are you? Did they help in tumbling and stunting? Tell e your experience with them! :)

I used to have two girls that came to me from a gymnastics gym, they both wore them ALL THE Time and neither one of them had any injury that made them have to wear them....I can't tell if they helped or they used them at as a crutch since it seems that all girls from their old gym used them.

I based with a girl who had them and it was a bit weird to get used to since it's a bit harder to grip while basing..especially for baskets. I also used to get scratched by the velcro but after awhile I just got used to it haha

I hated basing with my main base in high school because I got the worst scrapes and scabs from her Velcro.

I was a tumbler and a base and I had to start wearing my Tiger Paws because of years of gymnastics and high school tumbling on hard wood floors. I wore them to all high school practices and games and most all star practices. I went without them when I hit the competition floor though. Even though they helped A TON, my fellow bases hated getting scratched by them so that was our deal. If you are going to wear them all the time, try to cover the velcro with some tape so they don't hurt your teammates.
