I'm currently working on a standing tuck right now, but I constantly throw my shoulders back when I set and I can't seem to stop doing that. Ideally, I'd like to get my standing tuck (or even better- a toe back) by tryouts (a little over a month away). The strength and power to get myself over isn't what I'm worried about, it's getting the right set before I pull! Any tips for a better set?

i was always told that when you set, really really push your shoulders up.
hold your arms/hands up like you're setting. now shrug your shoulders up and they go higher. that's what your set should be like when you're doing it. always worked for me :)
