All-Star Tshirt Designs/ideas

Where does everyone come up with their shirt ideas? Coaches, parents, ??? We have always had mostly plain shirts that just have our team names in our colors or zebra print. This year we would like something with a quote on it or something about our team without having just a plain shirt.
Can anyone help me?
We are Cheer Xplosion Allstars
colors are pink,blac,white
This coming season is year 6.

you can use part of your music, a voiceover, or you can use part of your cheer if you have one. also the team can sit down and come up with a quote or agree on one together!

I love to see brand logos adjusted for the team - I think it's Elite Cheer and Dance that has "Cowbell Hero" like Guitar Hero and Fame has the Famous (skate brand?) logo. A high school cheer team here (name starts with C) uses the Chanel double-C logo for their cheer shirts.
