High School Ultimate Speed Camps?

Has anyone been to one of the Ultimate Speed Camps that Ultimate Athletics run? I'm going tomorrow & have no idea what to expect! thank youuu :)

GREAT STAFF
GREAT ORGANIZATION
UA Jr & Sr teams were there this past weekend, they learned ALOT and had a fun weekend.
UA all Day!.. Ok how do I really feel lol.
