High School Words For Cheer

Ok everyone, I need some help.

In Virginia, we have a 3:00 routine - 1:30 of cheer and 1:30 of music.

I'm looking for some help with words for the cheer section.

Team Colors: Red, Black & White
Team Mascot: Hawks

For this cheer should it be a fan involvement cheer with signs, poms and repeating words or "story telling"? Those cheers that are just words about pride and tradition that include stunts, pyramids and tumbling with no signs or such? Some states are different about their preference.

A little fan involvement - signs and repeating the colors. Mixed in with some story - but not much. There would be stunts and standing tumbling.

The sequence of what I'm looking at is:
Opening (no music - cheer section)
Cheer, standing tumbling, stunt sequence and cheer stunts/crowd involvement
Music section would include running tumbling, pyramid, dance and baskets
