All-Star Worlds Subscription

So Im trying to get a worlds subscription fOr this year but I go to IASF.com and then go to worlds tab and click on video coverage but it still says 2010 subscription...so I was just wondering when I could purchase the 2011 subscription or do I have to be a member of IASF\usasf? Plaza let me know really soon
