By the posts above, I guess we are a micro-small gym. Amped Elite Allstars in the little town of Niceville, FL is a rising star gym. It only has about 50 Cheerleaders and 4 small teams. (Mini L1, Youth L2, Sr L3 and SrCE L4)
HOWEVER, our Mini's (all 8 of them) won 1st at Cheersport Nationals :); and all of our teams have won National Championships and Level Champions in competitions this year, even when small and large teams are combined. It's not an easy task in a small town and a small gym who fits everyone in - regardless of skill and experience.

And as a side note, I really dislike when small gyms are called "feeder" programs. We have defeated the "powerhouse" gyms in our area who get "too big for their britches" and self-distruct and now their cheerleaders are going to "tryout" for Amped this year. We welcome them!
