What are people’s thoughts on US teams doing international divisions and who are the standout teams so far this season?

With the new age changes taking place what gyms will offer Open International World Teams for 2023-2024? I love the age change. I do wonder how it will all play out. Most older athletes aren't in a position to spend a ton on all star cheer.

Is there one or something similar for international teams? Not necessarily the U17/19 division but the teams actually from other countries.

I searched and found an old thread about this but I want to confirm. Please explain what an international team means. Say I was at a comp in the US and saw IO5. How is that different from a "regular" level 5 team.
