I looked at all the at large bids we have this year at Worlds and was wondering if any team has ever won their division?

I was looking in the wiki today and found something interesting - at least to me. At this point today 35 at large bids have been canceled out due to those programs upgrading to a partial, full paid, or turning it down after it had been awarded to them. We have always talked about on the boards...
