So, i'm one of those people that hates to be on the same team two years in a row.
I need help with getting a standing tuck by April before try-outs! :) Any suggestions that might help me get it faster and without the whole being mentally afraid to throw it and stuff.
This is a skill I have struggled with going on 3 years. I have my round off back handsprings, but my standing back handsprings are terrible.
