Can i just make a little suggestion if you or your cp didn't make the team they wanted? if you really like your gym, then i suggest working your butt off in every area and get as strong as you can.
at our gym we are starting something new this year called team shifts. we will review our teams skills periodically and if someone is not progressing the way they should then they could be moved to a lower level team. All our kids are aware of this & honestly, the work ethic for everyone so far is amazing! granted we haven't been practicing long at all, but the kids know what the concequences are for not working hard & are taking this very serious.
