-Flexed feet in overstretches/bownarrows never looks good
-Jumps are IMPORTANT and if your team is using the spring of the mat to jump, most likely they are off time
-ugly, crossed legs in double downs = deductions
-highlighting motions is never a good sign

To me that just came off kinda rude. I mean it's cool to critique but there is a right way.

That was great! I live an hour away from this gym, i wish i could cheer there my senior year but driving that far is juat not a n option for me.

I will say F5 looks better, because clearly they do. I don't think I'm feeling it though. Just doesnt look up to par with other teams.

are we watching the same team?! F5 looks clean and as good if not better than the other large senior teams. Everyone looks great can't wait for cheersport and nca!

Thank you F5 for making campus security come to my room to make sure I wasn't being beaten to death by my screams. Stunts looks better with every comp, running tumbling was cleaner, baskets/ and standing tumbling need more cleaning but the performance was everything.!
