Speaking of Youth Silver...surprised this hasn't been posted yet. I'm a bit concerned with some of the tumbling..

That whip double at the end, though it was difficult to tell, might have been the only fully rotated element in that video. I'm gonna say a prayer for their ankles and knees tonight.

First one to figure out and tell me the grips for the full up stretch at 1:58 wins!

Someone else might have already answered this.. But the way I've seen these done before is the flyer crosses left over right, main base grabs the right toe with her right hand and left toe with her left hand, secondary (or side base) grabs right heel with her left hand and left heel with her right hand. Back spot just holds ankles straight forward (I think it helps more than under her thighs/bum) Main base stays connected with her right hand and twists the foot around and catches her heel with her left hand. Secondary (or side base) drives up and stays connected with her right hand until it reaches the top then quickly switches over to the right foot.
Of course there are a thousand different ways to do everything and I'm not saying this is only or the absolute right way! Just the way I've done it and see it work :) and again I apologize if someone has already answered this in a better way!

Now forgive me for sounding completely harsh and probably mean, but why do people care about this?
Both girls are phenomenal athletes on phenomenal teams, why can't it just be left at that?
Well, you're right. Sorry, my bad.

this video is old, its from worlds 2012, just so you know.
I didn't know about that. Thanks for telling me.
