I see so many teams doing these half/fulls ups to prep in their pyramid. And they look like the SHAKIEST stunts out of the entire section.

It cracks me up, in a way. You can double up to extension, do xyz amount of tick tocks rock solid at high-high. But throw in a half up to prep and it's like an entire half of a pyramid is about to come down..
