High School 8 Count Sheets- 2 Minutes

This year, our cheer only needs to be 30 seconds long (instead of 1 min) Does anyone have 8 count sheets for a 2 minute music section? Have no idea how to set up my routine now

Average speed is about 150 beats per minute.

So you’re going to have about 300 beats in two minutes.

So figure somewhere in the neighborhood of 37 8-counts total.

That should get you close. Then tell whoever does your music to try to get in under 2 minutes, and if they have problems to let you know so that you can start thinking about where to make adjustments.

I’ve seen routines approaching 160 bpm, but unless your team is badass, I’d stay slower except in the tumbling sections.
