It's all for cheer. =) ACX owns the whole thing. There is a gym who rents some space on the 2nd floor, near where you saw the people dancing upstairs

on another note,this gym really is top of the notch! We used to practice there before a competition they put on in Columbia when I cheered for Cheer Extreme and we were all amazed at how breath taking this gym was!
one of my teams at practice the friday before the competition :)
