We also have an online program that's really helpful- message me if you want more info or have questions.So I've had this mental block on my roundoff flick for a couple of months now. It started after a neck/ back injury. I have recovered from the injury but I now have a mental block and it's really starting to get on my nerves. I can do a standing flick absolutely fine but it's just going back after doing the roundoff. Before the injury I had a solid walkover to roundoff flick flick. Anyway, I can do the roundoff flick with a tiny gap (in which I swing my arms) but then most times I just roundoff and block. I know for sure that I have a mental block as I really really want to do the roundoff flick but I just can't seem to do it? I've tried shortening the gap between the roundoff and the flick but it's got to the point where I can't shorten it anymore. I've tried it on a sprung floor, tumble track and at a trampoline park. I don't know what to do anymore and I would just like
