My daughter worked on her quads and core alot to obtain this skill. Also, very important to NOT throw your head back when you jump off to the tuck.Any tips for standing tucks?

My daughter finally bit the front of her shirt to keep form. If you throw your head back like going into BHS you loose momentum. It works your abs really hard when your form is wrong. Keep trying you will get it!!Thanks! Throwing my head back is my worst habbit!
