All-Star All Star Rec

This was brought up in Rec cheer and I thought it was a relevant question.

Do you think that teams who are soley for competition teams should be able to compete rec?

No I do not, yet its hard for brand new programs to break into the Allstar Scene no matter what division, so I guess I am split 60% for no and 40% yes.
