How hard is it to get onto a all star cheer team?

There are all star teams for all ages and levels of skill. check out your local gyms and see what they have to offer

It is not hard to get onto an all star team, but it is hard work once you get on! You've got to be committed.

Unlike some other sports with intense tryouts/cuts to make teams - there is usually a spot for all ages and levels assuming you have reasonable access to gyms near you. Now is a good time to start your exploration. Go visit gyms and talk to owners - may be even take a private lesson. Tryouts are usually in the spring. But be prepared - as others have said it is hard work. We started this past season and love it. Good luck
