I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THEM UNTIL NCA..??? And knowing they almost WON (over Brandon and Cali Smoed...) Can someone, anyone tell me where did they come from??? Not in the literal sense, but how long have they been around...? What does everyone think of their odds at worlds?

im prettty sure they are a first year gym. i think they announced that when they got their bid? and i remember watching them and being like "idk who they are but i like them!!!"

Allstar Revolution is based out of Houston, TX. They are a first year gym run by Edgar Ruiz, who used to coach at University Cheer Force. I think a lot of kids from the level 5 teams followed him but I'm sure someone from the houston area would know better than me.

Yepp they split from UCAF when Edgar opened his own gym this year. A lot of kids followed him from UC and some of the smaller gyms in the area. Theyre a very talented team and I think theyll do well

University Cheer? They had a Junior team that Won worlds when the junior divisions were still incorporated as parts of Worlds right? They were so freakin good dude. I remember seeing that junior team at NCA Dallas and saying to myself "damn... Never heard of them but they are gonna do some damage at worlds if they make it"... Low and behold, they won.

yes thats them!

This is so awesome for people to be talking about this team. Edgar has coached a lot of these kids since they started winning NCA in youth 5. This team is very excited to debut their new routine in Orlando. They are a humbled group of kids that I know will do great at worlds.

Last year UC had a ton of teams this year I think I saw their tiny team once....

Oh wow. UC Closing.

I agree with you though TXcheermom ... If kids are gonna leave, I think they should go where they are more comfortable; why not to their old coach. Exciting times for them I'm sure!

I think if they hit, they have a strong chance of giving Cali and Brandon a run for that globe. NCA, they were pretty darn close.
