My CP's big thing that she needs to focus on improving is her jumps. Is there any place that people can recommend to go online to look up practice drills, stretching, etc. that she can work on at home? Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.
what i use to do for my jumps is ankle weights they really work..start out with 3 lbs weights on each ankle. i started with 5 lbs. and they will help!
Use a combination of stretching and plyometrics to not only increase height and strength but, the speed of which you jump as well.
