You must come with a vast array of skills and abilities...including being able to understand the importance of a team atmosphere. If you love coaching cheer and have energy to inspire over 100 competitive athletes then join us with Levels 1-5. Knowledge in tumbling and spotting ability up through LVL 5 is highly recommended. This position is located in Illinois about 2 hours outside of Chicago and 1 hr 15 min from Milwaukee. If you are that well rounded coach that will manage their time well, develop monthly calendars for progression tracking, communicate in a professional manner with management & other staff while keeping our parents up to date with program and goals- then email us today. Cheer Coach Wages are based on experience & qualifications, $10 to $25 per hr, part time and full time available. Commute from Chicago or Milwaukee and receive auto reimbursement, Full time staff receives; vacation pay, IRA, auto & phone compensation along with a sign on incentive.
