I totally understand!!! No matter how much I practice or condition I'm always dead by the end of routine
Yess asthma is the enemy! and its always worse after i compete compared to practice cause I put EVERYTHING into my performance (leave my heart on the mat...literally) lol
 
Well here's me ranking myself. not sure if this is what their actually ranked but I'm positive I'm beret at stunts than anything else level 5 stunter, level 4 tumbler.

Stunts (includes pyramid)
Showmanship
Basket
Motion technique
Dance ability
Standing tumbling
Running tumbling
Jumps
 
I am actually really kind of okay with where I am at... But my strong points are definitely showmanship/dance and jumps. I have decent tumbling for a girl. And stunts... well I don't like them but I'm not bad at them lol. I am pretty well rounded (:
