I look at Prodigy All Stars as a good up and coming gym. I watched a lot of their lower levels from Dallas, they seem to be on the right track!

cheer extreme, i heard east coast nitro is getting VERY good, & their level 5 is going to worlds this year , central jersey? world cup all stars, but i think they have more then 8 teams, JuST Cheer All Stars, placed 11th at Worlds last year, they have 11 teams, but they are also getting VERY good (:

Not to be rude or anything but I wouldn't exactly consider Cea or World Cup to be up and coming.
