If you have VarsityTV, you can access Flo for Worlds with your VTV info (unless they changed it for this season.)

I have always gotten VarsityTV around Cheersport or NCA, kept in through Worlds and cancelled it right after.

I’m so disgusted that they now charge people to watch vids of themselves. Such a transparent and shameless cash grab. It stings even more if you were around when Varsity vids were free and went all the way back to 2007. I don’t like being charged for a service that offers less than its once-free predecessor did.

I've heard rumblings of Varsity/Flo trying to get owners to take down their gym YT channels. You are basically trying to control how someone takes a video of something that is...theirs? How?

Example: Would be like my HOA telling me I can't take video of the home I purchased. What.

I’ve heard that too. But for the life of me I have no idea how Varsity would enforce that. Pretty sure you can't limit people from recording their own clients doing their own thing in their own gym. Maybe they could say "Oh you can't use our uniform likeness outside of our approved venues," but... then everyone would just go to Rebel.

I have Flo until Feb of 2020 and it’s def not letting me watch anything on Varsity TV. I’m not paying another $150 to watch some no sound routines. I’m seriously livid about this.

Also, I will never understand why you can’t even put sound on the game day division. I’m sorry, those cheers have a copyright? Geez.

I remember the days of the 2007 nationals archive. They did little interviews with each team beforehand and then showed their routines.

I also liked seeing how cheer evolved. Around the same time, flipping in stunts became legal so seeing the change in cheer from 5 (at the time) years ago was cool.

They can only enforce videos taken at Varsity events, not elsewhere.
